Founder & Lead Instructor
Daryl is the founder and lead instructor of RBSN Tactical. His work centers on building calm,
structured seminar environments where participants can develop coordination and
problem-solving skills within clearly defined boundaries.
He holds a TCCC Level One certification from military training and has prior
experience supporting operations in Ukraine, which informs his emphasis on
oversight, consistency, and the ability to explain why—not just how.
Sammy Phillips
Program & Framework Designer
Sammy supports RBSN Tactical as a program and framework designer, with particular focus on
seminars delivered in low-light and night environments. His work emphasizes deliberate pacing,
environmental awareness, and scenario clarity under reduced visibility.
He has a military background with British 2 PARA and prior experience supporting
operations in Ukraine. These experiences inform his design approach, where
restraint, structure, and respect for limitations take precedence over intensity.
