Code of Ethics
This Code of Ethics defines how RBSN Tactical conducts seminars, engages participants, and represents the community. It is written to protect safety, preserve trust with venues and partners, and maintain a consistent standard of conduct.
1. Safety is the foundation
- We enforce clear rules and defined boundaries in all guided activities.
- We prioritize participant well-being, responsible conduct, and controlled environments.
- We stop or reset activities when safety or oversight is compromised.
2. Regulated sport context
- All content is delivered within a regulated sport environment and is designed for learning and coordination.
- We do not provide real-world tactical instruction or application.
- We respect venue rules, local regulations, and the public reputation of the sport.
3. Respect, professionalism, and restraint
- We treat participants, venues, and community members with respect and fairness.
- We do not promote intimidation, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior.
- We communicate clearly, avoid sensationalism, and represent our programs responsibly.
4. Standards and accountability
- We aim for consistent structure, measured language, and calm leadership.
- We correct errors openly and adjust processes when improvements are identified.
- Participant conduct standards are enforced; staff direction is final during guided activities.
5. Integrity in advertising and public messaging
- We avoid language that misrepresents our seminars as real-world preparation or militant activity.
- We describe our work accurately: structured seminars, scenario-based skill development, and safety-first oversight.
- We value community trust over hype or volume.
6. Community contribution
- We support venue relationships and community sustainability through professionalism and good conduct.
- We encourage participants to be good ambassadors for the sport—on and off the field.
- We foster a culture of learning, humility, and steady improvement.
This Code of Ethics may be updated as the organization grows, venues change, and community standards evolve.
